Service Scope & Deliverables

Casino Retention Lab provides casino player retention consulting, analytics, and strategic guidance. Our services include:

  • Reactivation campaign strategy
  • Ongoing retention optimization consulting
  • Training for casino marketing teams

We deliver data-driven recommendations based on industry benchmarks and your specific player data. Results vary by implementation quality, market conditions, and existing player base characteristics.

Client Obligations

To maximize service value, clients must:

  • Provide accurate player data and casino performance metrics
  • Maintain active communication with assigned consultants
  • Implement agreed strategies within reasonable timeframes
  • Comply with all applicable gaming regulations in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to terminate services if clients misrepresent data, ignore compliance requirements, or fail to meet payment terms.

Payment Terms

Consulting fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

  • 50% deposit required before project kickoff
  • Balance due upon strategy delivery or monthly for ongoing engagements
  • Late payments incur 2% monthly interest after 15-day grace period

Refunds are handled case-by-case. If we fail to deliver agreed services, you're entitled to a prorated refund. No refunds for client-side implementation failures.

Confidentiality & Data Usage

Your casino data stays confidential. We never share client-specific performance metrics, player databases, or proprietary strategies with competitors.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data for industry benchmarking and case studies. Individual casino identification requires written permission.

Performance Claims & Disclaimers

Case study results reflect actual client outcomes but don't guarantee identical results for your casino. Player retention depends on multiple factors: implementation quality, existing player mix, competitive landscape, and market timing.

We provide expert guidance - you control execution. Our liability is limited to fees paid for specific services where delivery failures occurred.

Intellectual Property

Custom strategies developed for your casino belong to you after final payment. Our proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.

Termination Rights

Either party can terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. One-time projects continue until completion unless breach of contract occurs.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

Clients must operate under valid gaming licenses in their jurisdictions. We don't provide legal advice on compliance matters - consult gaming attorneys for regulatory questions.
